GREAT NEWS!!
Dear Friends, there is a big opportunity knocking at our door! We have been associated with Peace Gong, a global newspaper. The Peace Gong, a UN acclaimed organisation, is part of the Media and Information literacy initiative of the Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore Foundation. It is a children's newspaper aimed at giving young people a platform to write and develop understanding of issues of social concern. It aims and bringing together children from across the world, from different backgrounds and cultures so that they can work towards a global non-violent future. Peace Gong is a unique initiative in which privileged children work as partners with marginal children to contribute to the newsletter in any way they can and in carrying out various initiatives.Peace Gong is working internationally and across 15 states in India! It is all set to start its Gurgaon/Harayana Chapter! We will be taking the lead in setting up the Gurgaon Bureau! Selflessly Yours is eagerly looking forward to conducting social media campaigns, offline campaigns, encouraging students from different socio-economic strata to contribute to the newsletter and many more activities!
