Vedant is a young professional passionate about the intersection of social impact and finance. Prior to joining the UNAIDS’s innovation team as a fellow he was working at Gray Matters Capital in Atlanta, where he was involved in investment screening and capacity building for the coLABS fund, which is focused on investing in startups that help improve the lives of women globally. He also has experience working with The Abraaj Group’s Clean Energy Fund based out of Dubai, and with EY and The Center for Civil Society based out of Delhi. He looks forward to working with the innovations team to leverage the power of technology and novel funding models to make it easier for healthcare innovators to access capital. e graduated from The McCombs School of Business - The University of Texas at Austin in 2018 with a double degree in Finance and Economics.
Ayesha Mago has worked on a wide range of rights and development issues but in the last 10 years has focused specifically on gender, discriminatory laws, reproductive rights and children’s rights issues. Her work has included comprehensive research, analysis and writing on laws and legal frameworks that either protect or reinforce discrimination against marginalized communities, including vulnerable groups of children and key affected populations in the context of HIV. She has had considerable exposure to the non-governmental sector as well as experience dealing with international intergovernmental bodies, such as the United Nations Human Rights Council and the South Asian Association of Regional Cooperation in Law (SAARCLAW). In addition to her research work, she is a trainer and has conducted trainings for NGOs as well as for the corporate sector on gender, sexuality, discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace. She has worked on international meetings and missions as a facilitator. She is a certified mediator accredited by the Bar Council of England and the Law Society.
Gayatre Sehgal, is an entrepreneur, coach, actor and wellness aficionado. She is the Founder & Director of The Image 360, an Image Consulting firm that provides image & grooming solutions to Individuals and organizations in diverse spheres. She has been featured in and contributed as a Grooming Expert for key publications including Hindustan Times, Times of India, The Asian Age, Exotica.
Gayatre is an alumna of Indiana University, USA where she did her MBA and also the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), India from where she graduated earlier. Before founding The Image 360 in 2011, she worked in considerable marketing roles for around 8 years in companies like Whirlpool, Philips and Avon across India and USA.
As somebody who is passionate about life, she pursues everything from the heart and believes in making the most of every moment. She is an IMDB actress (Screen name: Gina Ramone) and is known for her short films Purge and The Story of Love.
